Replaceing Sticky Glue Paper
Replacing the glue paper is recommended every 4-6 weeks - more frequently subject to bug infestation. Glue papers are supplied as sheets of stickers, with perforations for the openings.
First remove the perforated pieces, then remove the paper that is strck to the glued side.
Second place the glue paper with the glued side facing inwards inside the glue trap, with the openings aligned to the opending in the trapper's casing.
Maintenance and cleaning
Regular cleaning of your insect trap will ensure best performance and a long product life.
1. Before cleaning. When not in use or before cleaning, always switch off the appliance. Always allow the light to cool down before executing cleaning or maintenance.
2. Cleaning. Switch off and unplug the unit. Lift top cover, remove and dispose of used sticky glue paper. Gently shake dead insects from appliance and discard. Regularly clean the outside of the appliance with a soft cloth and dry it with a dry towel. Do not immerse in water. Do not use harsh solvents to clean the plastic.
3.Ventilation. Always keep the unit ventilated. Do not use in a confined space as overheating may result in damage to the internal components.
4. Damage Check. Always check that the appliance is in good working condition.
